You are the face of the room and the person who makes the flow feel effortless. Optimising the seating plan is a commercial job, not an administrative one.

What the role covers

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, the waitlist, and the seating plan
• Welcome guests and keep the room moving without ever making it feel rushed
• Build guest profiles and recognize returning guests by name
• Keep the reception area immaculate and the guest list accurate

What we're looking for

• No prior experience required; warmth, presence and natural charm matter most
• Familiarity with a reservations system is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic or another language a genuine advantage
