募集背景

組織の急拡大と日本オフィス立ち上げに伴い、中核となる人事として幅広い業務を担っていただきます。
具体的には、日本人社員の中途・新卒採用オペレーション全般、採用計画の策定、そして日本オフィスに最適化された人事制度（労務を含む）の設計と構築です。
アソシエイトメンバーと協力し、人事労務面から当社の組織づくりを牽引してくださる方の募集をお待ちしております！

仕事内容

●日本人メンバー採用活動のマネジメント
・事業計画から逆算した中～長期的な採用目標の策定
・短～中期の採用計画のブラッシュアップ
・媒体ごとのアクションプラン・KPIの策定
・採用オペレーションの構築・管理、必要に応じて新しい採用システムの導入
・採用に係る課題の洗い出しからタスク分解、実行までのマネジメント。
・人材エージェントマネジメント
・面接対応

●人事制度構築・運用
・アーチーズのバリューを維持しながら、組織拡大に対応した人事制度の構築
（経営層、リーガル、Global HR Teamと協力いただきながら）「人事制度はこうあるべき」にとらわれず、アーチーズに合った制度をイチからつくることにチャレンジいただく

●労務関連業務
・拡大フェーズにある現組織において、今後必要な労務関連のオペレーション強化施策検討と実行

●その他HR業務
・日本人メンバーのエンゲージメントや広報活動など、自身の得意分野に合わせたHR業務の遂行

必須条件

以下のご経験をお持ちの方を対象としています。
ースタートアップ企業での採用経験
ー4年以上の人事（採用）経験
ー採用戦略の立案や立ち上げフェーズに携わったご経験
ー採用チームまたはプロジェクトのマネジメントのご経験 **

想定年収：650万～
月給：40万～（固定残業代45時間含む　※固定残業代を超える労働を行なった場合は別途支給）
みなし固定残業代：104,167円～支給
※スキル・経験・能力に応じて決定、 毎年2回見直し
年間賞与：平均1-2ヵ月分
インセンティブ：成果に応じて四半期に一度支給
