Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure testing activities are completed according to project requirements. Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report findings. Support troubleshooting activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare technical documentation and maintain accurate test records. Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and specifications. What we’re looking for: Degree in human resources or a related technical field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant internships, university projects, laboratory work, or hands-on academic experience will also be considered. English level B2/C1 (mandatory). German level B1/B2 (desirable). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of an international team.
