HR Business Partner (d/m/w)

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as HR Business Partner (d/m/w).

Support Airbus Defence and Space in developing HR solutions, advising managers and employees, and driving key people processes in an international environment.

📍 Taufkirchen, Germany

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Identify, initiate and develop HR solutions, implementing them in close cooperation with business departments and international HR interfaces.

• Coach managers in their leadership roles, including during change processes and organisational developments.

• Support employees through career advice and the selection of suitable development measures.

• Coordinate the Annual HR Cycle (“People Tempo”) within your area of responsibility and drive key HR processes within the business.

• Advise on compensation development and support managers with employment law matters and consequential management, in cooperation with Compliance and Employment Law specialists.

• Define and implement initiatives to continuously improve the working environment and actively contribute to recruiting new talent.

• Maintain close, constructive and trust-based cooperation with the works council.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a technology-oriented environment.

• Sound knowledge of German employment, collective bargaining and social security law.

• Confident use of a common HR system; experience with Workday and SAP PHM is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.

• Business-fluent German and English.
