Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C. is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Coordinator to join our team.
Industry: Food & Beverage
Experience: 2–4 years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee-related compliance requirements.
- Experience in handling day-to-day HR operations and employee matters.
- Knowledge and practical experience with ERP or SAP systems.
- Ability to manage employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR-related responsibilities.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle HR responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate with management and employees.
