Role Description
Manage the complete sales and leasing cycle from prospecting and property viewings to negotiation and closing while building and growing a client portfolio across the UAE market. Alongside day-to-day deal-making, you'll advise clients on market trends and investment opportunities, and coordinate with our legal and mortgage partners to keep every transaction smooth and compliant.

We offer a salary upto AED 5500. We also offer merit-based visa and RERA license sponsorship, making this a genuine long-term career move, not just a job.
What you bring in
- Minimum 3 years of Dubai Real Estate experience is mandatory
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals in secondary or off-plan market
- Strong knowledge on Villas and Townhouses
- Fluent in English; Russian, Arabic, French or Mandarin are a strong plus
- Candidates with RERA license are preferred
- UAE driving license is preferred
