Work Days: Monday - Saturday (6 Days Working)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop effective sourcing strategies, and attract top talent across various functions. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in candidate sourcing, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

* The ideal candidate must have experience as an end-to-end for both IT and Non-IT.

* Should have good technical knowledge.

* Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing

* Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc) and other

* Open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.

* Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

* Maintaining an internal database of candidates as per their skill sets.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an HR recruiter.

* Proficiency in English.

* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

* Experience with sourcing techniques.
