What We Offer $3,000 retention bonus for senior-level technicians Relocation assistance available Competitive pay based on skill—not just tenure Full benefits: medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company match Steady, high-level work (data centers, industrial, mission-critical environments) Ongoing training and development—we actually invest in our people A team that respects good technicians and doesn’t micromanage What You’ll Be Responsible For Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC/R systems Working on a range of equipment (RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, refrigeration, etc.) Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections Handling installs, startups, and system commissioning Communicating clearly with customers on issues, repairs, and recommendations Documenting work accurately (notes, photos, parts, quotes) Participating in an on-call rotation Representing the company professionally on every job Senior-level techs will also: Handle complex diagnostics independently Work on large/critical systems in industrial environments Mentor and support less experienced technicians What You Bring EPA 608 Certification (required) Valid driver’s license with clean record Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls) Comfort working independently in the field Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation Ability to pass background check and drug screening Senior-Level Candidates: 5+ years commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience Strong experience with complex systems (chillers, boilers, low temp refrigeration, etc.) Proven ability to diagnose and solve problems without trial-and-error
