IC Project Manager

As IC Project Manager, you’ll own complex SoC and ASIC projects across the full product development cycle, from specification to silicon. You’ll coordinate engineering teams spread across several countries, keep delivery on track and be the clear point of truth for management and customers.

What you’ll do

• Align project definition across Systems Engineering, execution teams and Marketing
• Build and own project plans with the ASIC R&D teams, including priorities and escalations
• Lead project status meetings, engineering reviews, milestone reviews and the SoC Engineering CCB (change control board)
• Run the risk register and drive clear, well-documented decisions
• Track progress against plan and flag deviations early
• Produce regular management and customer reports
• Manage third-party service providers and external contract resources

What you’ll bring

• Extensive experience in SoC or ASIC development
• Experience managing projects involving cross-functional SoC teams across RTL, design verification, physical design, DFX and silicon validation
• A deep understanding of chip design flows and methodologies, from specification to silicon
• Hands-on experience planning and tracking silicon bring-up, power-on and validation
• A track record of working with teams spread across different countries
• Strong presentation skills, with clear and concise programme updates
• Experience in a start-up, scale-up or other fast-paced environment
