Icelandic speaking Tech support for streaming service - Anywhere in Greece

In this role, you will assist Icelandic-speaking customers by providing expert technical support, ensuring seamless access and enjoyment of the streaming platform. Responsibilities Provide technical support in Icelandic via phone, email, and chat to customers using the streaming service Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and streaming issues promptly Guide customers through product features and usage instructions Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support system Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback Stay updated on platform updates, new features, and technical best practices Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
