Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.) Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) andmaking adjustments as needed. Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene. Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making correctionswhere necessary. Keeping track of stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checkingdeliveries. Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, andworkstations. Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues. Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments ofmenus, the menu list, and working methods You take independent initiative and act solution-oriented.
