We are actively hiring Indian Motorcycle Technicians / Mechanics of all experience levels to join our team at our Young Powersports / Grizzly Harley-Davidson store in Missoula, Montana! If you’re an experienced motorcycle technician or Indian Motorcycle fanatic looking to work in a fast-paced, well-equipped shop, this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level. In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced, modern shop environment, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair Indian motorcycles
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire work, brake service, and inspections
• Assist with diagnostics and repairs while developing technical skills (entry-level)
• Work with mechanical and electrical systems using modern tools and technology
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and deliver a great customer experience

Qualifications:

• Experience as a technician or mechanic
• Understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and automotive technology preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
