🧭 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced hands-on industrial maintenance professional to support automated equipment at customer sites in Japan. This role is focused on mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment maintenance. You will help maintain equipment reliability, troubleshoot technical issues, and minimize operational downtime.

This is a full-time, on-site position available in Ibaraki, Kobe, or Kuwana. Strong Japanese communication skills are essential.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial and automated equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and equipment-related faults and restore operations efficiently.
Monitor equipment performance and identify potential reliability issues before failures occur.
Carry out hands-on troubleshooting and technical interventions at customer sites.
Support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new equipment when required.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate additional technical support where necessary.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, field service, manufacturing maintenance, or a similar hands-on technical role.
Strong practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery, production equipment, automation systems, or similar equipment.
Strong Japanese communication skills are required.
English ability is welcome but not required.
Comfortable working directly with physical machinery and equipment in an operational environment.
Ability to work on-site in Ibaraki, Kobe, or Kuwana.
Candidates requiring visa sponsorship may be considered depending on experience and suitability.
