Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions to reduce downtime. Assemble, install, and test new mechanical components and systems. Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance to uphold equipment safety and reliability. Document all maintenance activities and maintain clear records on equipment performance. Collaborate with other departments to support production and improve workflow efficiency. Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols. Requirements: Completed vocational training or apprenticeship as a Mechanic (e.g., Toolmaker, Aircraft Mechanic) or in a related field. Relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, and assembly. Basic German language skills (B1 level) are required; English skills are an advantage. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and tools. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Flexibility to work shifts or overtime if needed.
