Information Technology Director

Healthcare facility looking to bring on an Information Technology Director! Bonus Incentives, Sign On Bonus, and Relocation!

• Provides strategic leadership and oversight for Information Technology & Services
• Aligns IT operations with enterprise strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Ensures reliable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that support clinical, operational, and business objectives across multiple facilities.
• Partners with system leadership, market/facility executives, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, performance improvement, and data-informed decision-making.
• Reports to the CFO

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field required
• 7+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive IT management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience with healthcare IT operations, EHR systems, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and project management. Experience with multi-site IT operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and IT staff development.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in healthcare IT.
