You will join real IT projects at client sites across Japan

as a full-time engineer, covering a wide range of phases.

日本全国のクライアント先でITプロジェクトに参画します。

担当フェーズは上流工程からテストまで幅広く対応可能です。

✅ Who We're Looking For / 求める人物像

▌Must-Have / 必須条件

✔ Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above

日本語能力：JLPT N2相当以上

★ Conversational ability is strongly emphasized

会話力・コミュニケーション能力を特に重視します

✔ Team project experience (academic or professional)

チームでのプロジェクト経験（学業・課外活動含む）

✔ Knowledge or study in at least one field:

以下いずれかの分野の学習経験：

→ Infrastructure / Backend / Frontend / Network /

Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic Engineering

✔ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (required for visa)

学士号またはそれに相当する学位（ビザ申請要件）

✔ Practical coding ability (for IT engineer applicants)

実際にコーディングができること（ITエンジニア職）

⭐ 1+ year of professional work experience ／ 実務経験1年以上

⭐ Work experience conducted in Japanese ／ 日本語での実務経験

⭐ Experience in upstream phases (requirements / design)

⭐ JLPT N2 or N1 official certificate ／ JLPT N2・N1資格証明書

⭐ CCNA or Japan-recognized IT certifications CCNAや日本国内で有効なIT関連資格

💰 Starting Salary / 月給: ¥260,000/month（未経験スタート）

🎁 Bonus / 賞与: Year-end performance bonus（決算賞与）

直近2年実績：年2回支給

🕘 Working Hours / 勤務時間: 9:00–18:00

8 hrs work + 1 hr lunch ／ may vary by project

プロジェクトにより変形の場合あり

📅 Holidays / 休日:

Weekends (Sat & Sun) + National Holidays

土日・祝日休み ★ 125 days off/year（年間休日125日）

🌴 Paid Leave / 有給休暇:

10 days after 6 months → up to 20 days

入社6ヶ月後に10日付与、最大20日（労働基準法に準拠）
