Job Purpose As an Internal Medicine Physician , you will provide full-spectrum adult primary care, manage chronic diseases, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, compassionate, and accessible healthcare for all patients. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Patient Care: Evaluate patients, conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, and provide preventive health education. Chronic Disease Management: Monitor and manage long-term conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and other complex illnesses. Collaborative Care: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, referring to specialists as needed, to ensure coordinated and continuous patient care. Patient Education: Counsel patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and preventive practices to support long-term wellness. Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, treatment plans, and follow-up documentation in compliance with clinical standards.
