Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services. Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices. Maintain accurate and compliant dental and patient records using EMR systems. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Support and mentor dental staff through training and continuing education. Participate in administrative activities such as strategic planning, compliance reviews, and clinic committees. Represent the dental program in outreach and community engagement efforts. Uphold professional ethics and promote a positive and respectful clinic culture. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited dental school (DDS or DMD). Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Missouri. Current BLS certification. Active DEA and Missouri BNDD registrations. Proficient with EMR systems and office software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with patients, staff, and community partners. Commitment to providing quality care in a community health setting. Understanding of public health principles and socioeconomic factors affecting access to care.
