International Financial Advisor – Paphos, Cyprus

Our client is a privately owned international wealth management firm with a long-standing presence across Europe. Due to sustained demand and continued expansion, they are seeking self-employed, Level 4+ qualified International Financial Advisers to join their advisory network.

Our client is recruiting experienced Financial Advisors to join their established team in Limassol, Cyprus. This position focuses on delivering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to a diverse international client base, including expatriates and high-net-worth individuals. The successful candidate will thrive in Limassol’s dynamic financial landscape and growing cross-border wealth management sector.

Day-to-day accountabilities

• Provide comprehensive financial advisory services covering investments, pensions, and wealth planning
• Develop trusted client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service
• Undertake detailed fact-finding sessions to understand clients’ financial circumstances and objectives
• Construct tailored financial plans that address both short-term needs and long-term goals
• Offer expert advice on cross-border tax planning, international investments, and wealth structuring
• Guide clients through UK pension transfer options, QROPS, and expatriate financial planning
• Operate within all regulatory requirements and maintain meticulous compliance records

• Hold a recognised UK financial planning qualification (DipPFS, CISI Level 4, CFP or similar)
• Proven track record of 2-3 years in a client-facing advisory capacity
• Deep knowledge of investment markets, pension legislation, and wealth management
• First-class communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Experience advising international or expatriate clients is advantageous
• Commitment to maintaining high professional standards and regulatory compliance
