International Kindergarten Principal

We are looking for an International Kindergarten Principal for a Kindergarten based in Beijing starting with the upcoming semester. About the kindergarten International kindergarten is based in Beijing and is part of a larger organization which specializes in education, research and school management for children from infancy to six years old. Since its origin, the educational group has implemented educational ideas and working models from renowned schools to refine China's early education system and create the nation's most prestigious establishment of bilingual early education. The group has more than 50 campuses in 18 cities across China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, and others. About the role The International Kindergarten Principal leads campus operations, supporting staff, engaging with parents, and ensuring academic excellence. Key duties include planning, curriculum oversight, enrollment, staff and budget management, and promoting school programs. The role also involves assisting with marketing strategies to boost campus growth. Responsibilities Lead the daily operation and long-term strategic planning of the campus Supervise and support teaching staff, ensuring academic standards and staff development Maintain effective communication with parents and external community stakeholders Oversee curriculum implementation and school-wide program development Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment for students Collaborate with the regional leadership team on budgeting, enrollment, and marketing strategies Manage and evaluate all school programs and activities, including emergency procedures Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making across the campus Requirements Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field Minimum of 5 years experience in school leadership or academic management Strong background in early childhood education, preferably with international experience TEFL/TESOL or Montessori certification preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work with diverse teams Flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset Salary and Benefits Monthly salary of 32,000 to 36,000 RMB (includes housing allowance and RMB 1,590 tax contribution) commensurate with experience and qualifications Qualified candidates with significant experience may be eligible for an additional RMB 1,0001,500 per month Paid winter and summer vacations Full work visa sponsorship Health insurance Professional development opportunities Performance-based bonuses
