International Property Advisor ( German Market )

Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, strong developer relationships and market intelligence, we provide agents with practical sales and marketing support to help them build their business.

We are looking for a results-driven Property Advisor with UAE real estate experience and an understanding of international property markets, particularly German-speaking and European client markets. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build relationships with international buyers and investors, understand their property requirements and convert opportunities into successful transactions.

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Experience dealing with international buyers and investors, particularly within German-speaking or European markets.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including communities, pricing and current market trends.
• Experience in property sales, with relevant expertise in off-plan or secondary market transactions.
• Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients and transactions.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Professional German language proficiency is an advantage for managing German-speaking clientele.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
