CONTEXT

We are supporting a Japanese bespoke luxury travel company based in Tokyo (Shibuya), founded in 2017, around fifty people. It designs trips across Japan for affluent international travellers, blending traditional culture, gastronomy and adventure, from planning to post-trip follow-up.

English is at the heart of this role. Sales experience is a must, travel industry experience is not.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

• Permanent full-time contract (正社員)
• ¥5M to ¥7M per year, fixed overtime included
• Tokyo, Shibuya, business trips abroad
• Process run end to end by Abbeal Japan
  
  

スキル・資格

What We Are Looking For

• Based in Japan, or ready to relocate to Japan
• Native-level English
• 3+ years in B2B sales or partnership / alliance sales
• Experience driving projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to frame a client need and carry it from proposal to execution
• Nice to have: tourism, hospitality, high-end travel

• Lead proposals and negotiations in English
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver tailor-made trips
• Travel abroad for business development
