Join a growing North Texas interventional pain practice in the Plano / McKinney corridor for a full-time, board-certified pain physician role. Physicians here typically earn around $600,000 on average. Compensation includes a competitive one- to two-year base guarantee of $400,000 . After you meet that guarantee, compensation shifts to 50% of collections . Partnership begins immediately with no buy-in fee, and you also receive ownership in a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center that pays quarterly distributions. This role is for experienced interventional pain physicians (anesthesiology or PM&R); new graduates are not being considered. What the Practice Looks Like You'll step into an existing outpatient pain clinic alongside other interventionalists. Nurse practitioners and physician assistants manage much of the follow-up workload, and a dedicated management team runs the business side. Your focus stays on interventional procedures. The practice is outpatient-based; hospital staff privileges are reserved for emergency coverage only. Procedures You'll Perform Stimulator and pump implant capability is required, along with a procedure-heavy schedule of roughly 20–30 cases per day and at least 100 procedures per month. Core case mix: Spinal cord stimulator trials and permanent implants Pump implants Nerve blocks and epidurals Joint and muscular injections Radiofrequency ablations under fluoroscopy Discography Hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Earnings and Ownership Structure Average income around $600,000 One- to two-year base guarantee of $400,000 50% of collections after the guarantee period Productivity incentive available after six months Immediate partnership with zero buy-in Immediate ownership stake in a multi-specialty ASC (quarterly distributions) Additional ownership paths in ancillaries such as lab and MRI Benefits Snapshot Four weeks of vacation plus one CME week Medical, dental, and vision coverage with low employee contributions Life insurance plus short- and long-term disability Holidays, PTO, and a 401(k) Malpractice insurance and relocation help CME and professional membership stipends Maternity leave What Sets This North Texas Role Apart You get ownership from day one in both the physician group and the ASC, high interventional volume, and a clinic built so doctors see patients while management runs operations.
