An established interventional pain practice in Orange Park, Florida (Jacksonville area) is hiring a full-time, board-certified interventional pain physician. This is a 100% outpatient pain management role with average income around $600,000 , a $30,000–$40,000 per month base salary guarantee ( $360,000–$480,000 annually), a one- to two-year base guarantee, then 50% of collections after the guarantee is met, immediate partnership with no buy-in, and ownership in a multi-specialty ASC with quarterly distributions. New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome. Anesthesiology and PM&R backgrounds are both accepted. About the Position You will join an existing group of interventional pain physicians in a turnkey outpatient practice. Strong NP and PA support handles follow-ups so you can focus on procedures. Administrative work stays with the management team. Hospital privileges are for emergencies only. Procedures and Volume Candidates must perform stimulator and pump implants and maintain high procedure volume (about 100 or more procedures per month; typically 20–30 interventional procedures per day), including: Trial and implant spinal cord stimulators Pump implants Nerve blocks, epidurals, and joint or muscular injections Radiofrequency ablations with fluoroscopic guidance Discography Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation and Ownership Average income around $600,000 $30,000–$40,000 per month base salary guarantee ( $360,000–$480,000 per year) One- to two-year base guarantee, then 50% of collections after the guarantee is met Productivity incentive after six months Immediate partnership with no buy-in Immediate ownership in a multi-specialty ASC with quarterly distributions Ownership opportunities in ancillary services such as lab and MRI Benefits Four weeks of vacation plus one week of CME Medical, dental, and vision with low employee premiums Life insurance and short- and long-term disability Paid holidays and PTO, 401(k) Medical malpractice coverage and relocation assistance CME and professional membership allowances Maternity leave Why Physicians Choose This Practice High-volume, procedure-focused outpatient pain work with real ownership from day one: partnership in the group plus equity in the ASC and ancillaries.
