Job Description: Position Summary Medical Imaging Associates (MIA) is seeking a full-time Fellowship-Trained Interventional Radiologist to join our established, physician-led practice in Idaho Falls and Pocatello , Idaho . This position offers a high-percentage IR-focused role within a collaborative, clinically sophisticated environment. Our practice supports a broad range of interventional radiology service lines with opportunities for procedural diversity, clinical growth, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Clinical Overview: High-percentage interventional radiology practice Comprehensive IR service lines including interventional oncology, PAD, portal venous interventions, and outpatient vein services Participation in advanced vascular imaging interpretation (CTA, MRA, vascular ultrasound) Stroke Center - Large vessel occlusion stroke thrombectomy management required but onsite training and experience is offered. Outpatient clinic supporting complex consultation and follow-up. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR) Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology Comfortable with diagnostic radiology as appropriate MQSA certification preferred but not required Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Idaho ( additional state licensure supported as needed) Fellows and residents encouraged to apply COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $ 6 00,000–$ 8 00,000 . Final compensation may vary based on several factors, including experience, training, geographic considerations, and individual productivity. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
