Responsibilities
:
Collaborate with
product managers and business teams
to gather, analyze, and document product requirements.
Translate business needs into
clear, actionable user stories
and functional specifications.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of product requirements.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and propose product improvements.
Analyze user behavior and transaction data to evaluate product performance and suggest optimizations.
Support the QA team during UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
to ensure business requirements are met.
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions with cross-functional teams.
Continuously improve documentation processes and internal workflows.

Requirements
:
5+ years
of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech/product or E-commerce company.
Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, online shopping workflows, and customer journey optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in writing clear and concise documentation (
BRD, PRD, user flows, etc.
).
Experience with tools such as
Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
Strong communication skills able to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of
SQL or analytics tools
(e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) is a plus.
Fluent in
English and Burmese
(written and spoken).
