IT System Administrator

Job Description:

• Perform daily operations, management, and administration to safeguard the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the organization's information assets and technology infrastructure.
• Identify security issues and risks, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Conduct analysis of network security requirements and contribute to the design, integration, and installation of hardware and software.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve network problems remotely and on-site.
• Maintain and manage perimeter security systems, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Design, implement, support, and evaluate security-focused tools and services, including serving in project leadership roles.
• Develop and explain security policies and procedures.
• Guide and support junior team members.
• Participate in security compliance efforts.
• Prepare and deliver training materials, conduct general security awareness training, and provide training on specific security technologies.
• Perform due diligence for acquisition and vendor risk assessments.
• Review and recommend new and emerging security products and technologies.
• Provide support for tier 2 and tier 3 security operations.
• Participate in incident handling activities.
• Contribute to projects focused on developing new intellectual property.

Qualifications:

• Work at Corona Resort & Casino, Phu Quoc.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Emerging company-wide reputation in Information Security.
• Proven ability to implement security solutions consistently at the business unit level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure or application-level vulnerability testing and auditing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system, network, and/or application security.
• Extensive experience and in-depth technical knowledge of security engineering, system and network security, authentication and security protocols, cryptography, and application security.
• Knowledgeable about network and web-related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, and routing protocols).
• Good English and communication skills.
