Your Role
As an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to customers and insurance brokers.
Your main responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email
Respond to customer questions clearly, professionally, and empathetically
Provide information about insurance products, policies, and coverage
Assist customers with policy-related requests, including cancellations
Support insurance brokers by handling and directing their inquiries
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
Use internal systems to access, update, and manage customer information
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful approach, including during challenging interactions

What We're Looking For
Essential requirements
Italian: C2 / native-level proficiency
English: B2 level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous customer service experience
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Empathy, patience, and a customer-oriented mindset
Good organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working with computers and different software systems
Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
High level of professionalism and integrity
Nice to have
Previous experience in the insurance industry
Experience working with insurance policies, brokers, or financial services
