About The Role

We are looking for a native Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. You will be the main point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, providing professional support and a high-quality service experience across our key communication channels (phone, email, chat).

Key Responsibilities

Handle Italian customer inquiries promptly and effectively
Provide support and resolve issues related to products/services
Ensure a positive customer experience in line with company quality standards
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Log interactions accurately in company CRM systems

Requirements

Native or C2-level Italian
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
No previous experience required — full training provided
