Your Role

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll be a key point of contact for customers using car rental services. You'll assist them via phone and email, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a professional customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
Assist customers with reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and rental-related information

Support customers with complaints, grievances, and service-related issues

Resolve billing questions and financial transaction inquiries, including payments and additional charges

Navigate approximately 14 internal platforms and applications to manage customer requests efficiently

Investigate customer issues and coordinate with relevant internal departments when necessary

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems

Follow established procedures, quality standards, and data protection guidelines

Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support while maintaining high customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Language Requirements

Italian – Fluent (C1–C2)
English – Good working proficiency (B2 or higher)

Your Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian
Strong customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience

Good active listening and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate different systems simultaneously

Confidence in learning and using various software applications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle sensitive customer situations professionally

Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
