We are looking for a Senior IT & Data Product Analyst to act as the Core HR Delivery Lead for our global HR Master Data platform, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
The role will be responsible for coordinating and securing the delivery of Core HR activities across run, projects, enhancements, incidents, releases, and transversal initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the main operational lead for Core HR delivery, ensuring priorities are clear, activities are properly followed up, risks are anticipated, and stakeholders are aligned.
This position is not expected to perform all technical activities directly, but to drive the overall delivery model, coordinate internal experts and external consultants, and ensure that Core HR topics are delivered with the right level of quality, compliance, and business alignment.
The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, delivery coordination, and HRIS expertise, with the ability to manage several topics in parallel in a complex and international environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the delivery lead for Core HR topics on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Coordinate Core HR run, enhancements, incidents, releases, and project activities.
- Ensure clear prioritization, planning, follow-up, and status reporting across Core HR activities.
- Act as the main point of contact for Core HR delivery topics with HR, IT, integration teams, data teams, vendors, and other ITHR product teams.
- Coordinate the work of Core HR internal experts and external consultants, ensuring efficient allocation of activities and clear ownership.
- Secure the quality and consistency of delivered solutions, in line with Core HR data model principles, internal policies, and platform standards.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, workload issues, and arbitration needs, and escalate when required.
- Lead or contribute to Core HR transformation initiatives, including process changes, governance improvements, tooling evolution, and operating model improvements.
- Support the Senior Product Owner in roadmap preparation, priority setting, stakeholder alignment, and communication.
- Ensure Core HR delivery is properly documented, sustainable, and understandable by the wider team.
About You
Required skills and qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on HRIS topics.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Good understanding of Core HR processes, HR master data, organizational management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong experience in delivery coordination, project management, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage several topics in parallel and to structure complex activities.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate internal contributors and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of integration, access, reporting, and data impacts in an HRIS landscape.
- Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
- Very good level in English. French / Polish is a plus.
