Advertising Sales & Marketing Executive (Japanese-Speaking)

Gates Dubai is seeking a Japanese-speaking Advertising Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai.

As part of a media platform connecting Japan and the UAE, you will work with Japanese and UAE-based businesses to develop advertising proposals, build client relationships, and coordinate editorial features.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Japanese and local businesses.

• Propose media advertising packages, prepare quotations, and manage contracts.

• Identify new clients and follow up with existing clients.

• Plan and coordinate editorial features.

• Prepare sales materials, project proposals, and presentations.

Requirements

• Currently based in Dubai.

• Japanese proficiency sufficient for professional communication with clients.

• Business-level English proficiency.

• Experience working in an English-speaking business environment.

• Experience in sales or marketing.

• Ability to understand clients’ needs and develop relevant proposals.

• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

Employment Details

• Employment type: Full-time

• Location: Dubai

• Working hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Compensation: Fixed salary plus incentives
