Java Tech Lead (IF)

Having deep knowledge of business processes and requirements. Working closely with the Java Competence Lead and other Tech Leads to improve and optimize processes. Promoting operational excellence. Performing some administrative tasks with team members. Conducting technical interviews. 7+ years of experience in Java development (Fintech industry experience is a plus). Experience with Java 21, Spring, Hibernate . Experience in clean REST API design. Knowledge of SQL, MySQL . Experience with Kafka and SOUP . Hands-on experience as a Technical Leader is a plus. Very good level of English . Nice to have Experience with Spring Boot migration. Hands-on experience with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) or hexagonal architecture. Experience in decoupling monolithic applications.
