Hiring: Java Technical Delivery Manager – Digital Banking 📍 Location: Malaysia (Onsite – No Remote Option) 👤 Nationality: Open 💼 Experience: 10+ Years 🏦 Domain: Digital Banking / Retail Banking Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of Digital Banking initiatives within a large-scale banking environment. The role is strategic in nature, managing Quarter Release (QR) / Change Request (CR) tracks across the bank's largest Digital Banking domain, with direct engagement with business stakeholders and leadership teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, technical governance, stakeholder management, release planning, and leading cross-functional development teams to deliver high-quality digital banking solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Banking projects and quarterly release tracks. Manage project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and governance. Drive technical discussions and solution delivery across multiple workstreams. Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, QA, and support teams. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of business-critical banking initiatives. Manage stakeholders, vendors, and senior management communications. Oversee release management, change requests, and production deployments. Track project KPIs, resource utilization, and delivery milestones.
