Online Interview – A live interview with one of our recruiters. Online Tests – Cognitive and personality assessments. Assessment Day –A simulator session, and a personal interview. Final Checks – Background screening, personal security interview, Right to Live and Work check, and drug & alcohol testing. Please note: Each step in the recruitment process may be disqualifying. Candidates who are successful in the initial screening can expect to be invited for assessment during March & April 2026, with employment expected from May 2026 onwards, with courses planned throughout 2026.
