💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 (commensurate with skill level and technical test results).

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Generate comprehensive joinery shop drawings, architectural elevations, cross-sections, and millwork construction details using AutoCAD.

• Produce precise, error-free cutting lists and material take-offs for the factory production floor.

• Interface seamlessly with project managers, site engineers, and factory foremen to resolve structural or wood joinery detailing discrepancies.

🎯 Key Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record: Minimum 2–3 years of dedicated experience working inside a UAE-based interior fit-out or joinery factory setup.

• Technical Mastery: Superior command over structural woodwork joinery techniques, wood species properties, MDF fabrication, and architectural standards.

• Local Availability: Candidates currently located inside Dubai/UAE who are ready for an immediate trade or layout test are highly preferred
