For our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and committed:
Job Responsibilities
- Incoming Quality Assurance: Support the monitoring and evaluation of incoming material quality to ensure compliance with defined quality standards and specifications.
- Supplier Quality Management: Assist in supplier quality assessments, audits, and process change control (PCN) activities in collaboration with experienced team members.
- Quality Monitoring & Data Analysis: Analyze quality data, statistical process control (SPC) results, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify potential deviations and improvement opportunities.
- Problem Solving: Support the investigation and resolution of material quality issues by working closely with suppliers and internal teams, including laboratory, engineering, and procurement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with local and international teams to exchange information, align quality requirements, and learn established Best Known Methods (BKMs).
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Material Science, Material Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
- First practical experience through internships, working student positions, or university projects in manufacturing, quality management, process engineering, or laboratory analysis is an advantage
- Basic understanding of quality management principles, statistical data analysis, or process control
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop technical expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multicultural team
- Good command of German and English
