Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Juniro to join our Franchise Operations team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting e& (Etisalat) products and services, engaging with customers, driving outlet sales, achieving assigned targets, and supporting day-to-day franchise outlet operations.
Promote e& (Etisalat) products, services, packages, and subscription plans.
Engage with walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
Drive outlet sales and achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
Generate sales opportunities and convert customer enquiries into business.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Support daily franchise outlet operations and coordinate with outlet teams.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
Requirements
Age: Below 30 years.
Language : Arabic and English mandatory
Education: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (1–2 years preferred).
Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Previous experience in telecommunications, retail sales, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
Must be comfortable working in a retail/franchise outlet environment.
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Candidates must be flexible and willing to relocate anywhere within the UAE based on business requirements.
Benefits
Fixed Monthly Salary: AED 3,500
Performance-Based Incentives: Additional incentives based on sales performance.
Potential Monthly Earnings: Approximately AED 5,000, depending on individual performance.
Medical Insurance as per company policy.
