What you'll be doing

As our Junior Third Party Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we manage and build trusted relationships with third parties, combining risk expertise, strong governance, and collaboration to protect the organisation and enable responsible business growth.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

• Third-Party Provider Management – Support the end-to-end management of third-party providers, including critical providers, from due diligence and risk assessment through ongoing oversight, exit strategies, and regulatory notifications.

• Outsourcing Management – Contribute to the effective management and oversight of outsourcing arrangements, including critical outsourcing, covering due diligence, risk assessment, ongoing monitoring, exit strategies, and regulatory notifications.

• Contractual & Regulatory Compliance – Help ensure third-party and outsourcing arrangements remain aligned with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.

• Outsourcing Register Management – Maintain an accurate and up-to-date outsourcing register, providing a reliable overview of outsourcing arrangements and supporting effective governance.

• Register of Information Management – Maintain and enhance the Register of Information, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and readily available to support transparency, oversight, and regulatory requirements.

Who we're looking for

This role needs someone curious, structured, and eager to build a career in third-party risk, outsourcing, compliance, or governance.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, Law, Economics, or a related field.

• Relevant experience: 1-2 years of experience in third-party/vendor management, risk management, compliance, outsourcing, procurement, internal controls, or a related area

• Risk & compliance mindset: Basic understanding of third-party risk, outsourcing risks, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks, with a willingness to develop deeper expertise.

• Analytical skills: Able to review information, identify gaps or risks, assess documentation, and draw clear conclusions from data and evidence.

• Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to maintaining registers, documentation, assessments, and regulatory information.

• Organisation & ownership: Able to manage multiple activities and deadlines, prioritise effectively, follow through on actions, and proactively escalate issues when needed.

• Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Italian is considered an advantage.

• Personal qualities: Curious, proactive, reliable, collaborative, and eager to learn, with an interest in developing a career in third-party risk, outsourcing, compliance, or governance.
