Some hospitality venues are busy. Some are another level entirely.

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Venue Manager to join one of Sydney's most recognisable waterfront dining destinations - a large-scale, high-volume operation in an extraordinary Circular Quay location.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager or emerging Venue Manager who wants to step into a bigger operation and accelerate their career.

The role

Working closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, your role is to take ownership of the floor and day-to-day operation - helping lead the team through service, maintaining standards and ensuring the senior leadership team has the space to focus on the bigger picture.

You'll be hands-on.

You'll be visible.

And you'll be expected to make things happen.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in a premium, high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
• Is confident leading large teams through busy services
• Has exceptional service standards and genuine guest focus
• Is highly organised and commercially aware
• Takes pride in presentation and professionalism
• Can remain calm, decisive and positive when the pressure is on
• Wants to learn, grow and take on increasing responsibility
• Has the ambition to become a Venue Manager
