There are Restaurant Manager roles - and then there are opportunities to take ownership of a serious dining room and be part of something being built for the long term.

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a substantial new CBD dining destination with a strong service culture, high expectations and a genuinely ambitious hospitality team.

This is a 170-seat restaurant and bar operating from lunch through to late, with a six-person management structure and genuine shared leadership across the week.

What we're looking for

You are already a confident Restaurant Manager who knows what great hospitality looks like.

You will ideally have experience in a premium, high-volume Sydney restaurant or hospitality group and be comfortable leading a sizeable team, managing service, driving standards and dealing confidently with guests.

Importantly, this role has a strong administrative and organisational component - rosters, systems, communication, reporting and keeping the operation moving properly matter just as much as being visible on the floor.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is commercially aware and highly organised
• Has excellent communication skills
• Enjoys developing people and building a strong team
• Has the confidence and personality to deal with a sophisticated Sydney clientele
• Brings energy, maturity and a genuine passion for hospitality

The opportunity

This is a serious restaurant, a serious team and a role where high standards are expected - and career progression is real.

The working week is structured around a shared management team, with an expectation of 45 hours per week or less, rather than the endless hours often associated with senior restaurant management.

$90K–$105K base + super + tips, depending on experience.
