For our client, a renowned network of kindergartens, we are looking for dedicated and passionate candidates for the position of Kindergarten Teacher in the picturesque town of Hitra , Norway. You should be creative, patient, and have a natural ability to connect with children. Your focus on providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment is key. Essential requirements: Knowledge of a Norwegian or other Scandinavian language at A2/B1 level or completion of a proper language course before start . A degree in early childhood education or a related field issued by an EEA or EFTA country. Previous experience working with children, preferably in a kindergarten or a similar setting is nice to have. A genuine passion for teaching and child development. As a Kindergarten Teacher , your responsibilities will include: Planning and implementing educational activities that promote learning and development. Providing a safe and engaging environment where children can thrive. Encouraging creativity, curiosity, and social interaction among children. Monitoring and supporting individual needs to help children reach their potential. Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress.
