Curriculum Overview The kindergarten follows the IB-PYP (International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme) curriculum within a "1+3+1" system. • Core IB-PYP curriculum that respects each child's personality and ability through play and exploration • Enrichment classes including STEM, Lego, Aesthetics, Music, and Physical Education led by specialist teachers • Real-world learning through field trips and social practice activities that spark curiosity • Inquiry-based lessons delivered in a warm, bilingual immersion environment • Focus on holistic development connecting classroom learning to real-life experiences This curriculum provides a rich and diverse childhood experience while building international perspectives. Position Overview The Kindergarten Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons to children aged 2 to 6 years old. This role uses a homeroom system with one international teacher, two Chinese teachers, and one caretaker per class. The teacher will assess student progress, build parent relationships with bilingual staff support, and integrate specialist-led enrichment classes into weekly routines.
