Landscape Design Sales Associate

Are you a sales-oriented designer who would thrive creating sustainable, naturalized designs for high-end Georgian Bay clients?

Must Have: Successful sales track record as residential landscape architect or designer with:

• 5+ years residential landscape design/sales with high-end portfolio of $2M+ annually.
• 3+ years field construction experience and a clear consultative sales process.
• 4-year landscape horticulture/design education desired (BLA or MLA a plus); OALA or Hort Red Seal, sales training or related experience

You’ll Receive: Support of a passionate team of experienced landscape installation professionals.

• $90–100K base with $125–140K potential.
• Company vehicle, profit sharing, PTO, RRSP match, health spending account
• Relocation support.

As Landscape Designer & Sales you will lead clients through creative concept and design process:

• Conduct site consultations and develop designs balancing vision, budget, and constructability.
• Build accurate proposals typically $50–500K with strong close rates.
• Drive business growth through networking, and confident client presentations.
