Landscape Designer

Duties: Designing, organizing and implementing landscaping and irrigation structures relevant to the Principal's requirements and preferences and suitable for the climate and terrain. Managing a team of landscaping staff, irrigation technicians and/or contractors ensuring the highest level of landscaping and irrigation standards are met and maintained. Communicating and cooperating with all departments. Employee selection, recruiting, interviewing and performing a set of administrative and reporting duties. Overseeing the staff and/or contractors' performance to ensure the efficient running of all landscaping and irrigation operations. Developing, implementing and continually reviewing the landscaping and irrigation operating procedures. Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a Landscaping senior position that includes overseeing and managing Landscaping and Irrigation operations, teams and contractors. Experience preferably from luxury, exclusive and unique environments and/or Estates. Qualifications: Preferably a relevant Degree or Diploma. English Language proficiency.
