Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using PostgreSQL or similar databases.
Experience working with OpenAI or Anthropic models, including LLM monitoring; model training experience is a bonus.
Experience building AI applications or agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, React, or modern front-end frameworks.
Strong computer science fundamentals; a CS degree is preferred.
Experience working end-to-end on a small startup team.
