Baptist Health is seeking a Full-Time CT Technologist to join our CT Scan Department at our Baptist South Location. This is a Full-Time Days position working Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.

At Baptist, our Lead CT Technologists are dedicated to delivering high quality imaging services, ensure both the comfort and safety of patients, and will thrive in a collaborative environment. Additional responsibilities of our CT technologists include operating and calibrating of GE equipment, preparing patients for their procedures which include administering IV contrast & patient positioning, providing clear explanations & education about the process, and ensuring the compliance with all regulatory standards.

Lead CT Technologist Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quality and quantity of procedures performed in CT
• Assists in staff training, performance and equipment evaluation, insures staff compliance with Employee Health and Mandatory Education requirements
• Responsible for maintaining ACR Accreditation

Experience Requirements:

• 1-2 years Radiology Experience Preferred
• 3-5 years Experience working in a hospital setting Preferred
• Customer Service Experience Preferred

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Vocational School
• Registered Technologist in Radiography ARRT (R) Required Or
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required Or
• Registered Technologist in Computer Tomography – ARRT (CT) Required Or
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
