- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
- Service water heaters, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, sump pumps, filtration systems, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Troubleshoot leaks, clogged drains, sewer-line issues, and water-supply problems.
- Perform drain cleaning, sewer-camera inspections, water-line repairs, and repiping.
- Prepare accurate estimates and clearly explain repair and replacement options to customers.
- Document jobs using Service Titan software.
- Follow Colorado plumbing codes, OSHA requirements, and company safety standards.
- Resolves customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by coaching your team to upsell products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
- Assists with or performs administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Regularly audits work being done and customer service is provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly.
- Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, and 1:1's.
- COLORADO JOURNEYMAN or MASTER PLUMBER LICENSED REQUIRED.
- 5–8+ years of residential plumbing experience.
- Ability to diagnose and complete plumbing repairs independently.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety practices.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Prior experience managing residential home services
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required for this position.
