We're excited to expand our Positive Behaviour Support services in NSW, and we're seeking a motivated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing Sydney team.

About the Role

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, You Will

• Collaborate with management to drive the growth and development of the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based behaviour support plans in line with NDIS guidelines.
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments to identify participant needs and develop person-centred strategies.
• Collaborate with families, carers, and support teams to deliver sustainable and practical outcomes.
• Deliver training to support staff and stakeholders, empowering them to implement behaviour strategies effectively.
• Maintain compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards standards through accurate documentation and reporting.
  
  

About You

To Excel In This Role, You'll Bring

• A degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Must be registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at a Proficient level (or higher).
• A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in Positive Behaviour Support or working with individuals within the NDIS framework.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with participants and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities to manage a varied caseload.
• A proactive approach with a passion for empowering others and creating positive outcomes.
• Current registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., AHPRA, SPA).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (km reimbursement provided).
