Leasing Director (F&B and Lifestyle)

Fit-out starts in February. The founding tenants of Bali's new gastronomy district will be signed in the next three months. We are hiring the Leasing Director who signs them.

About Sutala

Sutala is a curated gastro market on the coast of Nuanu Creative City: 35 kitchens, 15+ lifestyle and retail concepts, shared indoor halls and open terraces, and a day full of reasons to stay. Nuanu welcomed 1.5 million visitors in 2025 and brings 2,500 to 3,000 people through its gates every day. Soft launch Q2 2027.

Where we are

Nine lease agreements signed. More than 20 brands under offer. The tenant mix and zoning plan are set. Your job is to fill them with the right operators, signed and with deposits received, before fit-out starts.

What you will own

• Closing the under-offer pipeline, and leading every anchor and destination-restaurant negotiation personally
• One board-approved term sheet used in every proposal, with deals structured inside a pre-agreed concession mandate
• A pipeline run as a system: same-day replies, proposals within 48 hours, weekly reviews, monthly reporting to leadership
• The leasing team, with three direct reports
• Sourcing from Bali, Jakarta and the region, including Singapore, Bangkok and Dubai concepts looking for a first Indonesian site
• The curation gate: you will turn down revenue that weakens the district
• The handover from signed tenant to open tenant

The targets

• 24 lease agreements signed and 80% of leasable area committed by fit-out start, February 2027
• 85% of units trading on opening day

Who we are looking for

• 2+ years in retail, F&B or lifestyle leasing, at a developer, mall operator, leasing consultancy, F&B group, or destination project in the region
• You have led pre-leasing for a new or repositioned project
• You have signed restaurants, not only fashion and anchors, and you understand their unit economics
• You run a pipeline as a system
• You can tell a destination from a franchise, and you would rather leave a unit open than fill it wrong
• Fluent English. Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Based in Bali or able to be on site by 15 November 2026
